History

Phase: 1 - 1976-1986: Commercialize microprocessor technology

In its first ten-year stage of development, Acer established a corporate culture based on the founders' firm belief in "the goodness of human nature." This belief was exemplified by the offering of stock to all employees. During this stage in Acer's history, the company significantly contributed to the popularization of computers in Taiwan.

Phase: 2 - 1987-1995: Establish a leading brand and go global

In 1987, Multitech formally became known as Acer, marking the start of Acer's efforts toward creating a strong brand name. During this second ten-year stage of development, Acer grew extensively and expanded both strategically as well as geographically. The company grew to be ranked 8th largest PC brand in the world.

Phase: 3 - 1996-2000: Offer fresh technology for everyone, everywhere

During the company's 20th anniversary celebration, the third stage of development was launched, including basic goals for technological innovation and simplification of operations. Top priority was placed on delivering the freshest, most affordable technology for the benefit of consumers worldwide.

Phase: 4 - 2001-beyond: Transform from manufacturing to services

Why this Brand?

Nowadays, the tecnology is very important thing for the people in Globlolization. Surely nobody that refuse about the important of computer.Because,it's help you for another things communicate,work,business,or mant things that it's successful by "Computer."
Now Acer is one of largest computer manufactures in the world it's the famous brand of computer that many people around the world accepted and knowed it. They have more than 100 branch around the world and compost the high quality that the customer want. "Popular" for many group of computer that many people can prossess it by many easy ways.

Their have many style of products for many of customers, yes! I'm one person that use Acer for help my studied life and many students in my University also use Acer alot. Moreover I think, Acer is number one of computer that students in Walailak University use also.


So, this is the main point that " Why the most of people use Acer" thus, I want to use this brand for studied about it.

Journal 6

Today Aj Gob teach about "Business Grammar" there were the polite word for negotiation in business.
So, I must to change the sentences that I thought to the polite and suittible sentences for negotiation in business.

For my example, from the sentence "We are unhappy with this offer." I changed to "I think it doesn't clear about it."
Then, Aj Gob told about prepairing for the midterm exam in coming soon. It's make me cleared about business more and more.
For the role play of every group on 1 July it's very funny and I had learn more and more about many experience for each job. For me I had a dancing trainer and everytinhg it's ok and not serious on that day.

Aj.Gob show the picture about job interview in the last week and she gave comment for many group also. For me, I think, it's good things for student about prepairing them sleves for interview job in the future.


Then, Aj. told about midterm exam date and final presentation date also. Besides, Aj Gob talk about discription of that day such as thing that everyone want to do on final day.


Moreover, Aj told about many thing in comment friend's blog such as font, focus point, balance and color etc. About letter that ment 5 professional that comment friends.


"Greating culture at the frist day of your work" This topic for "role play" I like it somuch.

On this week I studied about product strategy were price place product promotion.
In class Aj. arked "What is your core value or unique selling point? For brand value of my product is "Popular" because Acer is famous brand and reach of many calss and group of customer by use 4 strategy. Especally, price strategy are not expensive and many group of customer can buy.

Besides, We have working in group of 5 for "Impromptu job interview" For my group choose the position is field reporter.Today make me fun somuch and another group have many position and many job such as receptionist, The Star, accress. This day make me shock about show of my friend it's very funny and get a knowing also.

If I apply job,I think it's very serious and challenge thing also.
